Vote to pass a bill that authorizes the sale of unpasteurized whole milk.

Highlights:

• Authorizes the sale of no more than 500 gallons per month of unpasteurized whole milk directly to customers at the farm where the milk is produced (Sec. 1).

• Increases the amount of incidental goat milk that may be sold per month from 100 to 500 gallons (Sec. 1).

• Requires the seller to post a sign at the point of sale and label the milk with the name and address of the farm, the contact information of the seller, and a statement that includes the following information (Sec. 1):
• The milk is for personal use and is not for re-sale;
• The milk is fresh and has not been pasteurized;
