Vote to pass a bill that authorizes an individual to brew limited amounts of alcohol for personal use.

Highlights:

• Authorizes an individual over 21 years of age to produce up to 15 gallons of beer, mead, cider, or table wine every 3 months for personal use without obtaining a license (Sec. 1).

• Authorizes up to 10 gallons of homebrewed alcohol to be transported for personal use in an organized homebrew competition (Sec. 1).   

• Prohibits an individual from producing beer, mead, cider, or table wine in a dry city or county (Sec. 1).

• Prohibits the sale of homebrewed beer, mead, cider, or table wine (Sec. 1).
