Vote on a motion to deem this bill inexpedient to legislate. The bill requires pharmacists to obtain parental or legal guardian consent before providing minors with emergency contraceptives. The bill also grants pharmacists protection from “civil liability and disciplinary action” if they refuse to provide emergency contraceptives because of their moral or religious beliefs.
