Title: Grants Immunity to Health Care Providers Following End-Of-Life Directives

Vote to pass a bill that prohibits medical care providers from bearing legal liability for following a patient's end-of-life directives.
Exempts a health care provider from legal liability for withholding or withdrawing life-sustaining treatment in accordance with a written directive requesting that the individual not receive emergency medical treatment (Sec. 1).
Defines a “provider” as a physician, health care provider acting under a physician, credentialed emergency medical personnel, or long-term care worker (Sec. 1).
