Highlights:
  • Reduces the concealed carry license application fee from $100 to $50 (Sec. 2).
  • Reduces the concealed carry license application fee to $25 for applicants who meet the following criteria (Sec. 2):
    • At least 60 years of age; or
    • Veterans honorably discharged from service, in which he or she served more than 1 year before this bill’s effective date.
