Vote to pass a bill that requires juvenile murder convicts to be eligible for parole after serving 25 years, beginning July 1, 2013.
Highlights:
- Requires individuals convicted of murder who were under 18 years of age at the time of the offense to be punished by life imprisonment (Sec. 1).
