Vote to pass a bill that appropriates $30.67 million in federal funds to create a state and federal health exchange partnership.
- Appropriates $30.67 million in federal funds to implement the cooperative agreement for a state and federal health exchange partnership, as outlined in the Affordable Care Act (Sec. 301).
- Requires the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs to facilitate enrollment in, and inform consumers of, qualified health benefit plans offered through a producer, the federal health care exchange, a carrier, or another source in compliance with federal and state law (Sec. 304).
