Title: Prohibits Abortions After 20 Weeks

  • Requires all hospitals that perform abortions and abortion facilities maintain patient medical records, including the post-fertilization age of the fetus or the reason for determining a medical emergency, for a minimum of 7 years (Sec. 4).
