• Requires public schools to allow 10 days of excused absences for a pregnant student to give birth (Sec. 1).

• Requires public schools to allow 4 days of excused absences for a pregnant student or a student with children (Sec. 1).

• Requires public schools to allow a pregnant student or a student with children to make up missed work in an amount of time equal to the number of excused absences (Sec. 1).
