Highlights:
  • Specifies that only a physician licensed to practice in North Dakota may perform an abortion in the state (Sec. 1).
  • Requires a licensed physician who performs abortions to have admitting and staff privileges at a hospital located within 30 miles of the abortion facility (Sec. 1).
