Title: Restructures Tax Rates For Casinos

  • Establishes a supplemental wagering tax of 3.45 percent of the adjusted gross receipts (Sec. 44).
  • Limits the tax deduction for a licensed owner or operating agent to $2 million (Sec. 43).
  • Establishes the Indiana Gaming Investment Tax Credit for certain capital investments made after December 31, 2013 but before January 1, 2019, by a licensed owner or operating agent of a riverboat or by a racetrack licensee (Sec. 90).
