Highlights:

• Specifies that the state does not condone discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation (Sec. 1).

• Specifies that this bill does not do any the following (Sec. 1): 
• Create any rights or protections with respect to discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation;
• Give an individual who has been discriminated against based on sexual orientation a right to sue for damages; or
• Amend or change any state law or policy relating to discrimination.

• Increases the age requirement for workplace discrimination from 40 to 55 years of age (Sec. 2).

• Decreases the back pay received from discrimination practices from 2 years to 1 year (Sec. 3).
