Title: Prohibits the Public Access of Concealed Handgun Permit Information

NOTE: THIS BILL CONTAINS AN EMERGENCY CLAUSE, MEANING THE BILL WILL GO INTO EFFECT IMMEDIATELY UPON APPROVAL (GOVERNOR'S SIGNATURE OR VETO OVERRIDE), RATHER THAN THE MANDATORY 90 DAY PERIOD REQUIRED OF BILLS WITHOUT AN EMERGENCY CLAUSE, WHICH REQUIRES A TWO-THIRDS VOTE OF ALL MEMBERS IN EACH CHAMBER OF THE LEGISLATURE FOR PASSAGE.
