Vote to pass a bill that prohibits the enforcement of federal firearm regulations, effective immediately.

Highlights:

• Prohibits the enforcement by any public servant in the state of any federal firearm regulations and executive orders that are established or effective after January 1, 2013, including any regulation of the following (Sec. 1):
• The registration of any firearm, magazine, or other firearm accessory; or
• The ownership of a semi-automatic firearm or firearm magazine.

• Classifies a violation of the provisions of this bill as a misdemeanor with a penalty of no more than 1 year in prison, a fine of no more than $2,000, or both (Sec. 1).
