Highlights:

  • Authorizes any game or gambling game already played in a casino to be offered through Internet gaming with the approval of the Division of Gaming Enforcement (Sec. 2).
  • Requires the entire Internet gaming operation, including facilities, equipment, and computer network, to be offered by a licensed casino in Atlantic City and in a restricted area on the premises of the casino (Secs. 5, 9 & 17).

  • Specifies that Internet gaming will remain inoperative until a date selected by the Division of Gambling Enforcement (Sec. 42).
