Title: Smoking Ban Bill
Vote to pass a bill that prohibits smoking in public places except certain places including designated smoking rooms in hotels, retail tobacco stores, bars, designated smoking areas within gaming establishments, and all private homes. The bill sets fines of $25 for the first offense, $50 for the second, and $100 for subsequent offenses for individuals. The bill also sets fines of $100 for the first offense, $250 for the second, and $500 for subsequent offenses for employers that violate these provisions. Additionally, the bill specifies that half of the total fines collected shall be placed into the Tobacco Control Program Fund.
