  • Authorizes a relative or supervising adult who is at least 21 years of age, and has been licensed to drive a passenger automobile or motorcycle for at least 3 years, to complete an approved teen driver orientation program if a parent or guardian is unavailable to do so (Sec. 1 & 4).
