Vote to pass a bill that amends an existing law prohibiting the use of assault weapons with detachable magazines by defining "detachable magazine".
- Defines “detachable magazine” as any ammunition feeding device that can be removed from a firearm without disassembly of the firearm action (Sec. 1).
- Specifies that a detachable magazine includes, but is not limited to, a magazine that can be detached from the firearm by a push-able button (Sec. 1).
