Title: Luxury and Fuel Inefficient Automobiles

Vote to pass a bill that places a registration fee on new luxury and fuel inefficiant vehicles that are priced at $45,000 or more or as an average fuel efficiency rating of 19 miles per gallon or fewer as determined by the Environmental Protection Agency. The registration fee goes into effect beginning July 15, 2006.
