Vote to concur with House amendments and pass a bill that expands gambling and authorizes the establishment of 5 new casinos.

  • Establishes a $100,000 fee for the issuance or renewal of an electronic gambling license that authorizes electronic gambling for a 4 year period (Art. 90, Sec. 40).
  • Establishes an initial fee of $12,500 per electronic gambling device except in Cook County where the initial fee is $25,000 per electronic gambling device (Art. 90, Sec. 40).
