Vote to pass a bill that requires each school district ballot during the November 2012 statewide election to include a proposition allowing voters to determine whether a school board member should be limited to serving no more than 3 consecutive 4-year terms.

  • Exempts the Recovery School District, charter schools, and other school districts, whose school board members are limited to 3 consecutive terms or less, from the provisions of this bill (Sec. 1).
