Vote to pass a bill that prohibits driving under the influence of marijuana if the driver's blood contains 5 nanograms or more of THC per milliliter of blood.

Highlights:
  • Expands the definition of driving under the influence (DUI) to include driving when the driver's blood contains 5 nanograms or more of delta 9-tetrahydracannibanol (THC) per milliliter of blood, whereas existing law limited the definition to driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more (Sec. 1).
