Vote to concur with House amendments and pass a bill that requires the United States government to transfer all public lands to Arizona by December 31, 2014.
- Defines “public lands” as including, but not limited to, national monuments, national forests, and wildlife refuges (Sec. 1).
- Requires the proceeds from any sale of the transferred public lands to be appropriated as follows (Sec. 1):
- 5 percent to the Permanent State School Fund; and
- 95 percent to the United States government.
