Vote to concur with Senate amendments and pass a bill that establishes state sovereignty over the air, water, and other natural resources within Arizona's boundaries.
- Establishes state sovereignty over the air, water, public lands, wildlife, and other natural resources within Arizona's boundaries except for the following (Sec. 1):
- Indian reservations established by the U.S. government; and
- “Lands of the United States.”
- Specifies that “lands of the United States” are all places purchased by the federal government with the consent of the legislature of the state and are places that are used for the following purposes (Sec. 1):
- Erection of Forts;
- Magazines;
- Arsenals; and
- “Other needful buildings.”
