Vote to override a veto of a bill that establishes a child health assistance program to provide prenatal care to children of low-income and undocumented immigrant women and children.

Highlights:

• Establishes a new program to provide child health assistance, including prenatal care, to all children regardless of the mother's eligibility and immigration status (Secs. 3 & 4).

• Defines “child”  as an individual who is 19 years or younger, including the period from conception until birth (Sec. 4).
