Title: Authorizes Medical Professionals and Facilities to Not Provide Referrals for Abortions or Sterilizations
Vote to pass a bill that authorizes individuals and medical facilities to not participate in any medical action that may result in the termination of a pregnancy or in the sterilization of a person.
- Authorizes individuals and medical facilities to refuse to provide referrals for medical procedures which may result in the termination of a pregnancy or in the sterilization of a person (Secs. 1-4).
- Authorizes individuals and medical facilities to refuse to participate in the prescription or administration of any device or drug which may result in the termination of a pregnancy (Secs. 1 & 2).
