Camping;
Sleeping;
Building a campfire;
Storing personal belongings in preparation for camping;
Erecting tents or other structures used for outdoor living;
Digging without a permit; and
Cooking.
Defines “State House grounds” as the steps of the State House building and the outside area of the capitol complex (Sec. 1).
Specifies that these actions are forbidden regardless of the intent of the participant or the other activities in which the participant is engaged (Sec. 1).
