Highlights:

• Authorizes inmates to receive a deduction of 60 days from their term of confinement if they earn a (Sec. 1):
• High school diploma or equivalent;
• 2 or 4-year college degree;
• 2 or 4-year certification in applied sciences;
• Technical education diploma; or
• Certificate of completion of a civics education program that requires passing a final examination.
