Title: Amends Requirements for Ballot Measures for Future Tax Increases

Vote to pass a resolution that submits a constitutional amendment to the voters that amends the requirements for ballot measures involving taxes.

Highlights:

  • Requires an affirmative vote from at least 60 percent of qualified voters for any initiative, referendum, or proposed amendment to the constitution that involves the following issues (Sec. 1):
