Vote to pass a bill that reduces and eventually repeals the state income tax.

  • Reduces the tax imposed upon the Oklahoma taxable income of every resident or nonresident individual from 5.25 percent to 2.5 percent, effective January 1, 2013, and by 0.25 percent each year until 2022 (Sec. 2).
  • Repeals the state income tax after the year 2022 (Sec. 2).
