Vote to concur with Senate amendments and pass a bill that prohibits any individual from intentionally recording any image or sound from an agricultural operation without the permission of the owner.
- Prohibits any person from intentionally recording any image or sound from an agricultural operation without the permission of the owner (Sec. 1).
- Prohibits recording under all of the following circumstances (Sec. 1):
- The person has left a recording device on the premises;
- The person has obtained access to the agricultural operation under false pretences;
- The person is criminally trespassing; and
- The person conducts recording while employed by an agricultural operation that prohibits recording.
- Defines an “agricultural operation” as private property used for the production of livestock, poultry, livestock products, or poultry products (Sec. 1).
