Title: Increases salary for state legislators
A vote to pass a bill that requires any changes in salary and benefits to state employees to also apply to members of the General Assembly.
-Specifies that effective July 1, 2016 the salary of the members of the House of Delegates will be $18,000 (Sec. 2):
-The Speaker of the House of Delegates is exempt from this provision.
