Vote to pass a bill that prohibits the possession of weapons and firearms on school grounds, with exceptions.
-Classifies as a Class C felony the intentional possession of a firearm or any dangerous weapon on school grounds (Sec.1):
-Exempts unloaded weapons locked in a motor vehicle.
-Authorizes any organization that controls school grounds to adopt a policy authorizing the licensed possession of a firearm on campus (Sec.1).
