    • A person who is the parent, grandparent, spouse, sibling, child, or legally adopted child of the domestic work employer;
    • A person under the age of 18 who is employed as a babysitter for a minor child of the domestic work employer; or
    • A person employed by a licensed health facility or health care system.
  • Authorizes the Department of Industrial Relations to apply the provisions of Industrial Welfare Commission Wage Order 15 to domestic work employees including, but not limited to, the following (Sec. 2):
    • Hours and days of work;
    • Minimum wage;
    • Meals and lodging requirements; and
    • Meal and rest period requirements.
