Vote to pass a bill that authorizes state liquor stores to be open on certain holidays.
-Establishes a pilot program that authorizes state liquor stores to be open on state and federal holidays (Sec. 1).
-Prohibits the sale or delivery of liquor on the following holidays (Sec. 1):
-New Years;
-July 4;
-Thanksgiving; and
-Christmas.
-Specifies that the pilot program will end on June 30, 2014 (Sec. 1).
