Title: Authorizes People Convicted of Certain Felonies to Vote
Vote to pass a bill that authorizes individuals convicted of certain felonies to vote, provided that they have completed the maximum sentence or parole.
-Authorizes convicted felons who have completed their probation, parole, or maximum sentence to vote, provided that the conviction was not for a felony involving (Sec. 1):
-A high misdemeanor;
-The intentional killing of a human being;
-A sexual crime involving a minor; or
-Bribery in an election.
-Authorizes the restoration of voting rights before completion of probation, parole, or maximum sentence by executive pardon for people convicted of felonies not aforementioned above
(Sec. 1).
