Highlight:

-Limits the aggregate amount of the state’s contribution toward benefits for an individual, including life, medical, and dental insurance and employer contributions to a retirement plan, as follows (Sec. 1):
    -60 percent of the employee’s salary for employees earning $50,000 a year or less; or
    -50 percent of the employee’s salary for employees earning $50,000 a year or more.
