Title: Changes Corporate Income Tax Rates and Filing Requirements
Vote to pass a bill that reduces corporate income tax rates and requires combined reporting for certain corporations beginning January 1, 2013.
-Reduces corporate income tax rates for net incomes over $1 million from 7.6 to 7.5 percent of income over $1 million (Sec. 1).
-Requires all corporations with at least one retail location of more than 30,000 square feet in New Mexico to include the net income of the entire corporation (Sec. 2).
