Vote to pass a bill that permits the possession of weapons on public property.

Highlight:

-Establishes the state’s exclusive authority over the regulation of weapons, including, but not limited to the sale, transportation or possession of weapons (Sec. 1).

-Prohibits public or private entities from regulating the possession of weapons on property owned by the state, unless specifically authorized by the legislature (Sec. 1).
