Title: Recording and Tracking Complaints of Abuse by Transportation Security Agents

Vote to pass a bill that requires law enforcement officers to register and track complaints about Transportation Security Agents searches.
Requires a law enforcement officer to record all interaction between a citizen and a Transportation Security Administration (TSA) agent when a citizen registers a complaint about a search, regardless of the officer’s presence at the time of the search (Sec. 1).
Establishes the “Citizen Complaints About TSA Searches” electronic database under the state police for registering complaints (Sec. 1).
Authorizes citizens to record any interaction with a TSA agent, without exception, with any audio or video device (Sec. 1).
Requires a law enforcement officer to enforce the provisions of this bill, or the officer may be guilty of official suppression (Sec. 1).
