Vote to pass a bill that penalizes individuals for leaving unaccompanied children under the age of nine in a vehicle, if the health or safety of the child is at risk or if the vehicle is running or the keys are found inside the vehicle. The bill sets penalties at $200 for the first offense and $500 for each offense afterwards.
