Highlights:

  • Increases the hours distributors may sell malt or brewed beverages from 12 pm to 5 pm on Sundays to 9 am to 9 pm (Sec. 17).
  • Repeals the requirement that distributors obtain the personal information of an individual who buys large quantities of malt or brewed beverages (Sec. 9).
  • Increases the hours restaurants may sell alcoholic beverages from 11 am on Sundays to 9 am, provided that a meal is available for order at that time (Sec. 3).
