Vote to concur with Senate amendments and pass a bill that establishes limited distillery licenses and increases the hours alcohol may be sold.

Highlights:

• Establishes a limited distillery license to be distributed by the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) authorizing holders of the license to (Sec. 21):
• Produce no more than 100,000 gallons of distilled liquor per year;
• Sell bottled liquor produced on site between the hours of 9 am and 11 pm;
• Sell at up to 2 satellite locations; and
• Provide tasting samples of liquor not to exceed 1.5 fluid ounces.

• Increases the hours distributors may sell malt or brewed beverages from 12 pm to 5 pm on Sundays to 9 am to 9 pm (Sec. 17).

• Repeals the requirement that distributors obtain the personal information of an individual who buys large quantities of malt or brewed beverages (Sec. 9).
