Vote to concur in House amendments and pass a bill relating to photographic voter identification requirements.

Highlights:
-Establishes accepted forms of ID as including, but not limited to (Sec. 7):
    -A TN driver's license; -A valid US passport; -A valid state or federal identification with photograph; or -A valid military identification card with photograph.
-Specifies a limit of 4 days to complete the counting of provisional ballots (Sec. 6). -Establishes voting provisions for indigents who cannot afford or persons who religiously object to photo identification may vote after signing an affidavit (Sec. 8). -Specifies an effective date of January 1, 2012 (Sec. 10).
