Title: Authorizes the Use of Red Light Cameras

Vote to pass a bill that allows red-light cameras to be used at traffic lights in 19 cities in Pennsylvania.
Highlights:
- Specifies a maximum fine of $100 for violations (Sec. 2):
- Distributes the fine to the city in which the violation occurred, half of the fine to transportation enhancement grants in the city in which the violation occurred, and the other half to transportation enhancement grants throughout Pennsylvania.
