Title: Amends Eligibility Requirements for TANF

Vote to pass a bill that requires the inclusion of Social Security benefits when calculating eligibility for the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) program.
Highlight: -Requires the inclusion of individuals living in a TANF recipient household who receive Social Security benefits in the calculation of total household income for purpose of TANF program eligibility (Sec. 2). -Repeals the limitation on the amount of earned income that can be disregarded for the purpose of calculating aid to the permanently and totally disabled (Sec. 1). -Prohibits the state from establishing new marital master contracts or renewing existing marital master contracts (Sec. 3).
