Title: Auto Insurance Bill
Vote to pass a bill that prohibits auto insurers from providing an auto insurance policy that does not contain a minimum amount of coverage for medical issues resulting from usage, ownership and maintenance of a vehicle. Allows the insured to waive the medical coverage, once the insurer has disclosed “specified information” in writing.
