Vote to table an amendment to HR 2608 that extends existing appropriations from September 30, 2011 until November 18, 2011, and appropriates $3.65 billion for disaster relief.
- Extends existing appropriations from September 30, 2011 to November 18, 2011 (Sec. 106).
- Appropriates funds for emergency expenses for the repair of damages caused by the storms and floods of 2011 as follows (Sec. 125):
- $3.42 billion to the Federal Emergency Management Agency; and
- $226 million to the Corps of Engineers, Flood Control and Coastal Emergencies division.
- Rescinds $100 million in unobligated funds from the Department of Energy that had been appropriated for the Innovative Technology Loan Guarantee Program (Sec. 142).
