Vote to table an amendment to HR 2608 that extends existing appropriations from September 30, 2011 until November 18, 2011, and appropriates $3.65 billion for disaster relief.
Extends existing appropriations from September 30, 2011 to November 18, 2011 (Sec. 106).
Appropriates funds for emergency expenses for the repair of damages caused by the storms and floods of 2011 as follows (Sec. 125):
$3.42 billion to the Federal Emergency Management Agency; and
$226 million to the Corps of Engineers, Flood Control and Coastal Emergencies division.
Rescinds $100 million in unobligated funds from the Department of Energy that had been appropriated for the Innovative Technology Loan Guarantee Program (Sec. 142).
