Vote to pass a bill that establishes new state House districts based upon the results of the 2010 U.S. Census.

Highlights:
  • Establishes new legislative districts for the State House of Representatives (Sec. 6- 75).
  • Requires that a candidate must live in the district in which he or she files for the entirety of the term (Sec. 3).
  • Requires that in the case of a vacancy, a replacement must be determined by the following (Sec. 4):
    • Board of County Commissioners; or
    • Governor, who shall appoint a representative from a list of nominees decided by Board of County Commissioners.
