Highlights:
- Establishes new legislative districts for the State House of Representatives (Sec. 6- 75).
- Requires that a candidate must live in the district in which he or she files for the entirety of the term (Sec. 3).
- Requires that in the case of a vacancy, a replacement must be determined by the following (Sec. 4):
